Adaptive Digital Inspection System

A-DIS is a self-developed software and hardware system by Shangzhan, which replaces manual labor with an automated measurementsolution. It can perform fully automatic and standardized detection of various types of work-pieces, such as stamping parts, welding ASSYparts ,BIW, precision die-casting parts, machined parts, etc. By integrating visual modules to quickly scan and construct high-density pointcloud data of the tested object, the software system analyzes it in real-time and automatically generates inspection reports.
