To design and manufacture a comprehensive matching sample frame based on 2D/3D data of the entire car body, used to verify the matching and process feasibility of car body components, and to verify the rationality of fixture positioning, clamping, and process during the matching process. Verify the positioning, gap surface differences, and matching accuracy of important installation holes between components such as the engine compartment assembly, front floor assembly, rear floor assembly, roof crossbeam assembly, four door and back door assembly, and conduct precision analysis to improve the accuracy and manufacturing quality of the vehicle body.
